Delete your Airmango account

This page is for the Airmango app, made by Airmango Holding Inc. It explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

In the app

1. Open Airmango and tap Account at the bottom right.
2. Tap the menu at the top right, then Privacy.
3. Tap Delete account and follow the steps on that screen.

Without the app

Email team@airmango.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within a month.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile: name, email, username, bio, home town, Instagram handle and photo
• Your trips, stops and routes, and the place the app worked out as your home
• Your photos and clips, including the copies on our delivery network
• Your saves, follows, collections and Trip assistant chats
• Your notification tokens and your place on any marketing list

What is kept

• Payment and bookkeeping records: up to 7 years, where the law requires it.
• A record of the deletion: account ids, the time and the steps taken, so we can show it happened.
• Usage counts held by PostHog (which screens were opened): these aren't removed automatically yet. Email us and we'll have them removed.

If the app can't delete it

An account with gig payments, a balance or a payout account can't be deleted in the app until they're settled in the Creator Panel on airmango.com. Nothing is deleted until then. If you're stuck, email team@airmango.com.
